You may cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason in writing (for e.g. letter, fax, and email) or return the goods before the expiration date. The time limit begins upon receipt of this notification in writing but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (not before receipt of the first partial delivery of similar goods in case of recurring deliveries) and not before the fulfillment of our obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 subsection 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act of the German Civil Code. In case of a cancellation, the mutual benefits and where applicable, any other benefits (for e.g. interests) are surrendered.
If you are unable to surrender the received service as well as its emoluments (for. e.g. benefits) or are able to do so only partially or in a deteriorated condition, you shall be obliged to pay compensation. You must pay compensation for deterioration of goods and derived benefits only if the uses or the deterioration is due to handling the goods beyond testing of properties and functioning. Testing of properties and functioning, refers to the testing and evaluation of the respective goods as though they are possible and available in a store.
Transportable goods shall be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of the return if the delivered goods are in accord with the order and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed 40 Euro or if you have not yet made payment or contractually agreed partial payment at an increased cost of goods at time of cancellation. Otherwise, the return of goods is free. Non-packable goods are to be picked up.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins when you submit your cancellation or return the goods along with your receipt.End of Cancellation
The cancellation shall not apply to distance contracts for the supply of goods that are not suitable for return by their nature.
